Terms and Conditions of Agreement

All transactions between LCDT Merchants, LLC and the trade account (“Purchaser”) shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of California’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABC). The Purchaser agrees to pay all amounts due to LCDT Merchants LLC within the terms of the invoice. As regulated by section 25509 ABC Act, we are required to place any account with an outstanding balance of more than 30 days on a C.O.D. basis and, as required by ABC, we must begin to charge interest of 1.5% per month (18%annum) on all balances greater than 42 days overdue, then every 30 days after. All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 service fee. The seller reserves the right to limit credit and the Purchaser shall pay all attorney fees, collection, and court costs incurred by the seller to collect any obligations owed by the Purchaser. The Purchaser also agrees to accept the jurisdiction of Sacramento County, should any court action be deemed necessary.
